The big birthday party is on Saturday, and you are on the schedule for Friday, except your lawn service provider doesn’t show up.

We understand that this is frustrating, and unacceptable.   That’s why we show up as scheduled….period.

If inclement weather is going to be a problem, we will come early, or as soon as possible after your scheduled time to get your service taken care of.

Are you tired of having to deal with coordinating making sure there is cash or a check ready?  Are you leaving payment under the mat only to hope it does not get rained on or otherwise “lost”?

Our billing system is simple and convenient.  Our customers simply keep a credit or debit card on file (securely powered by Stripe).   We automatically invoice a few days before service is due, giving you time to handle any mishaps that might cause an interruption of service.

Your current lawn guy shows up in a heavily damaged truck.  The hood is missing from the mower, and he’s leaving cigarette butts on the street in front of your house.

SVF shows up with clean vehicles, the correct equipment in a good state of repair and uniform shirts so you know that the lawn service is here, and you are not about to be robbed.

Our weekly lawn service includes the following:

1. Mowing with professional grade, well-maintained equipment that is designed to not tear up the yard
2. String/line trimming around structures, trees, posts, fences, etc.  (We do not put trimmers into places that will cause damage, like exposed air conditioner wiring for example)
3. Edging at concrete sidewalks, driveways and curbs with a metal blade edger.
4. Clean up of any grass clippings made from mowing, trimming, and edging.

The price we charge for service is based on the square footage of the yard, and any abnormal difficulties or conditions associated with maintaining the lawn.   The price is the price, we don’t upcharge people because they live in a certain neighborhood over another.
